Il Paglericcio located within the 16th century walls of the historical centre and only 300m from the train station, a 10 minute walk to the Palazzo dei Diamanti, Botanical Gardens, Ferrara University and the Estense Castle. The Sports CUS Golf Club is reachable with only a 5 minute drive by car.
This "room rentals" offers spacious, characteristic, recently refurbished and well furnished rooms.
All the rooms have their own private bathrooms, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Most offer a spacious living area with a sofa bed.
To offer lower the rates, breakfast is not served, however, within the room there is a courtesy set with an electrical kettle to make tea or coffee and bottled water.
On the ground floor at the entrance there is a 24 hour automatic tea and coffee machine.
Cafes and an excellent pastry shop is located nearby. The daily rate for a double room can range from € 60.00 during the week in the low season to € 120.00 during high season, festive periods, in occasion of events and Trade Fairs.
At any time an extra fee of € 15.00 person applies for a comfortable sofa bed.
